15-year-old driver charged with reckless homicide | |

November 03, 2012 The 15-year-old driver in the Oct. 23 crash that killed Metea Valley High School sophomore Devin Meadows has been charged as an adult with reckless homicide. Logan Krogman of Aurora turned himself in after being charged with the felony. "At 15 years old, Logan Krogman had no business being behind the wheel of a car," DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in a statement.
