$1M bail for North Aurora man accused of killing father | |

August 21, 2012 Bail was set Tuesday morning at $1 million for Martrell Harris, a 23-year-old from North Aurora accused of stabbing and killing his father. Harris is due in court again on Aug. 30 and faces 20 years to 60 years in prison if convicted of first-degree murder. In order to be free while his case is pending, Harris must post $100,000.
