4 dead, including gunman, 16 injured at Fort Hood | |

April 03, 2014 A soldier opened fire Wednesday at Fort Hood in an attack that left four dead, including the shooter, and 16 injured, military officials said at a news conference. The shooter, whose name is being withheld pending notification of family, died of a self-inflicted wound, Lt. Gen. Mark A. Milley said said. There is no indiciation that this was terrorism related at this time, officials said, but they are not ruling anything out as of yet.
