Algonquin blaze tears through garage, home | |

February 21, 2012 A large fire spread from an attached garage in Algonquin to the rest of the house, causing extensive damage Monday night. Firefighters responded to the two-story house on the 1100 block of Spring Hill Drive at about 8:50 p.m. and were on the scene after 10 p.m. battling stubborn flames shooting through the roof.
