Alta Vista Companies to File Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock for 'Alta Vista Companies Oil & Gas Fund'
July 16, 2011 Steve Muehler, President of the Beverly Hills based Alta Vista Companies, today announced that the Company will be filing the S-1 with the SEC for a public stock offering of the Company's 'Oil & Gas Fund I' this month.
