Alta Vista Companies to File Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock for 'Alta Vista Companies Energy Fund I'
July 20, 2011 Steve Muehler, President of the Beverly Hills based Alta Vista Companies, today announced that the Company will be filing the S-1 with the SEC for a public stock offering of the Company's 'Energy Fund I' this month.
