Angelo Sferrazza of Cincinnati Ohio, Recognized In Community For New Business Educational Financial and Mentoring Programs

November 19, 2010

Angelo Sferrazza recently developed an educational financial and mentoring program for emerging and existing businesses. This is in addition to the funding program that has been in existence now for 2 years.

Angelo Sferrazza, President of The IL Bridge Fund, recently announced a new Educational Financial and Mentoring Program for emerging and existing businesses that are seeking funding and information for growing their business. The IL Bridge Fund currently provides 'Bridge Funding' for businesses that need more timely funding, with less stringent lending criteria, until more permanent institutional funding can be secured. . "We want the businesses to be successful, therefore sometimes they not only need funds, but also advice on growing their business", says Angelo.

The Educational Financial and Mentoring Program is just one of the few programs that Mr. Sferrazza has developed or advocated. During the past few years, he has been a panelist speaker on several occasions for SCORE and other organizations in the State of Ohio. SCORE provides emerging businesses with many types of mentoring and advice through counselors and other business owners. "Business development is vital to our economy and we must do everything we can to provide them with the tools needed to succeed", says Angelo. Just recently Angelo consulted with a local business owner to provide financial and business counseling, resulting in a new start up that will afford up to 24 new jobs. When completed, this one new business venture will have an immediate positive economic benefit on the community.

The revitalization of business growth is a top priority of the new Governor, John Kasich, who recently launched the JobsOhio Initiative. "We fully support any and all programs that encourage growth both regionally and statewide", says Mr. Sferrazza. Not only does Angelo provide mentoring for businesses, but also for charities and non-profit organizations. "It is important to give back to the community whenever possible" states Angelo, adding that his door is open to any business that is seeking help.
