July 12, 2012 For every eight people who read this column, one of them should get some money out of it. That's how many people are owed money or other property held by the state, Treasurer Dan Rutherford said. The state's I-Cash program is trying to return $1.5 billion in cash plus contents from abandoned safe deposit boxes to the rightful owners and heirs.
