December 08, 2015 Local North Shore area mortgage brokers, Awesome Lending Solutions are in the running to take out one of Australia's top industry awards. This is the second year they have been nominated. Awesome Lending Solutions has been shortlisted as a finalist to win 2 awards at the state-based Best Residential Broker and Best Newcomer awards at the 2016 Better Business Awards, hosted by The Adviser, Australia's top publication for mortgage and finance brokers. Founded in July 2014, Awesome Lending Solutions offers Residential and Commercial loans and lending guidance, to the North Shore community. It has particularly strong relationships with AFG, St George and National Australia Banks and specialises in helping people purchase investment properties including via SMSF's Now in its third consecutive year, the Better Business Awards forms part of the award-winning Better Business Summit, named Business Event of the Year at both the 2015 and 2014 Publish Awards (previously the Publishers Australia Excellence Awards).
