Barbados MLFTA Compliance Just Got Easier | |

February 18, 2016 Smith Compliance Consulting Inc and Outlier Solutions Inc launched solutions for compliance with Barbados' Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Prevention and Control) Act (MLFTA). Smith Compliance Consulting Inc. in collaboration with Outlier Solutions Inc. have launched online, on demand compliance solutions for companies in Barbados. Launched earlier today via the website www.outlierbarbados.com, these solutions allow companies to create Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Programmes to comply with Barbados' Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Prevention and Control) Act (MLFTA) within minutes. These on demand products are customized through a "setup wizard" that generates easy to edit documents in Microsoft Word format. Currently, programmes are on offer for accountants, corporate and trust service providers, insurance companies, lawyers and the real estate industry, with more industries slated for later this year.
