Bartlett man charged in fatal boating crash on Petite Lake had previous DUI conviction | |

August 16, 2012 David Hatyina of Bartlett was back in bond court Thursday after Lake County prosecutors discovered a previous conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol while boating on the Chain O' Lakes in 1996.
