Bears move forward without Emery, Trestman | |

December 30, 2014 General manager Phil Emery and head coach Marc Tretsman were fired the day after the Bears ended the season with a fifth straight loss that dropped them to 5-11. Bears chairman George McCasky had plenty of reasons to make the move, from a disappointing product on the field and a lack of talent to a disconnect between players and coaches.
