October 18, 2012 Blue Coast Securities, Inc., today announced it will be filing an initial Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Los Angeles, California - Blue Coast Securities, Inc., a Los Angeles based International Investment Banking and Asset Management Firm, today said it will be filing an initial Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission within the next 30-45 days, pending the completion of a third party financial audit. The filing relates to Blue Coast Securities, Inc's previously announced plan to become publicly listed and traded on the U.S. OTC Market and the German Frankfurt Stock Exchange early next year.
