October 10, 2014 The attorney for Bolingbrook teen accused of trying to join the terrorist group ISIS, Mohammed Hamzah Khan, said he does not believe Khan provided "material support" to ISIS. "My client is a very intelligent and fervent believer of Islam," Durkin said. "Whether anyone else disagrees with how he sees things is another issue, and that's his right."
