Brent Up on Weaker Dollar, Likely US Crude Stocks Fall

Brent crude rose 20 cents to $116.23 a barrel on Tuesday, reversing the previous session's losses, as the dollar weakened and on expectations oil stocks in the world's top consumer U.S. rose for a seventh week.
