June 16, 2014 Responding to citizen complaints, Wauconda officials are preparing to adopt new rules limiting noise in town, especially music from bars along Bangs Lake. The proposal forbids the outdoor amplification of sound or music after certain hours every night. "That's what this place is known for -- bands and music.
