Carpentersville woman dies after apparent stabbing | |

September 30, 2014 A Carpentersville woman died Monday night after apparently being stabbed in her home, police said. Police were called by a neighbor at about 9:54 p.m. to the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue, a news release stated. The neighbor heard a disturbance and went to investigate, and found the middle-aged woman suffering from apparent stab wounds, police said.
