Constable: A fall at Notre Dame cut his life short, but Declan's legacy thrives

In 2010, Declan Drumm Sullivan of Long Grove died at age 20 when wind blew over the lift he was standing on to film Notre Dame's football practice. His family never thought of suing. Instead, their efforts went to a charity that helps poor children. That has become Declan's legacy.
