November 11, 2019 The heroism and bravery shown by James P. Ostler Sr. during World War II earned him several medals, including the Distinguished Flying Cross and the British Distinguished Flying Cross. Now France will award the 99-year-old Arlington Heights man the French Legion of Honour.
