Constable: Ship made of World Trade Center steel 'a constant reminder' for Navy ensign | |

September 11, 2018 Former Grayslake resident Genelle Arandia was too young to remember much about the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Now the 22-year-old serves as an ensign on the USS New York, a Navy assault ship built with steel salvaged from those attacks.
