October 08, 2018 St. Charles resident Ed Spellman has been working for years to find his uncle, who was killed on a tiny island in the Pacific during World War II and eventually buried as "Unknown X-82." This week, 75 years after his death, Marine Sgt. Harry A. "Bud" Carlsen is coming home.
