November 19, 2018 Dick Portillo arrives without an entourage, but he's hardly anonymous as he heads to the counter to order his favorite beef and Italian sausage combo "with a little juice." Even after selling his Portillo's empire for a reported $1 billion, Portillo can't resist popping behind the counter and says of the restaurant, "This is my baby."
