August 30, 2013 The defense attorney for a Highland Park woman accused of huffing computer cleaner just prior to driving into and killing a 5-year-old girl is challenging the constitutionality of the charges in the case. Defense attorney Doug Zeit said Carly Rousso, 19, cannot be charged with aggravated DUI that resulted in death because the chemicals in the computer cleaner are not listed as illegal banned...
