DeKalb man charged with murder, assault in NIU student's slaying | |

October 30, 2010 A 34-year-old DeKalb man may face the death penalty in the slaying of Northern Illinois University student Antinette "Toni" Keller, authorities said Friday night. William "Billy" P. Curl, of the 500 block of East Taylor Street, has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder, criminal sexual assault and arson.
