Delnor knife suspect has lengthy criminal past | |

January 29, 2015 A 30-year-old man accused of strangling a relative and pulling a knife at Delnor Hospital in Geneva Tuesday has a lengthy criminal record. Justin B. Patzer, of Campton Hills, was arrested in Lake County, Ind., and will have a hearing Feb. 4 to begin extradition proceedings. Patzer faces up to seven years in prison and has past offenses of DUI, drugs, retail theft, using a stolen credit card, and was accused in an order of protection of harassing his ex-girlfriend and damaging her car in 2010, records show.
