Details emerge in NIU freshman's hazing death | |

August 22, 2013 Graphic new details have emerged in the hazing death of Northern Illinois University freshman David Bogenberger in an amended civil lawsuit filed by Bogenberger's family against the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, and several of its members. Bogenberger, originally from Palatine, died of alcohol poisoning Nov. 2 after a hazing ritual, according to the family's attorney.
