October 11, 2012 At Tuesday evening's raucous 8th District debate, Congressman Joe Walsh distributed copies of a wrongful termination suit filed against Duckworth by a fromer Illinois Veterans Administration employee. That suit actually was dismissed, downstate Union County officials say, though a similar amended suit later was filed and is pending.
