Durbin calls for federal investigation into I-88 crash | |

January 30, 2014 U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin has called for a federal investigation into the Monday crash in Aurora that killed Wheeling tollway worker Vincent Petrella Monday and seriously injured a state trooper. Durbin wants the federal agency to decide whether Velasquez's employer, DND International, broke trucking rules by letting him be on the road too long.
