February 08, 2013 eKash Canada has launched into Mobile Commerce with its Mcommerce Merchant application. MCommerce Merchant payment processing for Low Risk & High Risk Merchants. With its partner acquirers and eKash Panama, this launch will be the first group operator to commercialize high risk Mcommerce processing. The parties launched the service on Thusday 7th February, 2013 the first MCommerce service in Canada, enabling customers of social gaming, betting shops, and ISO's to tap to pay anywhere ekash is accepted. Features include: • Credit card sale • Void / Refund • Transaction history available on the phone and through the payment gateway. The payment gateway is a separate interface for complete customer transaction information and history. • Inventory tracking • Virtual Terminal • Customer contact information, capture and management • Merchant and customer e-receipt • Signature capture The application will be stored on MCommerce Merchant ewallets issued by eKash. eKash, the fourth largest in Canada, also recently launched passive contactless payments and has been issuing contactless payment ewallets. The eKash MCommerce processing solution supports the following card readers: iMag, uniMag, Mobile Magstripe Card Reader EW-MMCR003, and the P25-Mi reader/printer. eKash MCommerce is currently compatible with 15 gateways. eKash MCommerce is currently supported on Android and Apple Devices, it will soon be be developed for BlackBerry. eKash provides a unique solution for merchants and consumers looking to make purchases online without the use of credit cards or bank accounts.
