December 24, 2011 Meagan Seals was baptized shortly after birth in belief that she'd be dead shortly after doctors pulled the plugs on her ventilator. But on Friday, the now-2-year-old became got a dose of some Elburn-area Christmas cheer that might help her keep beating the odds.
