Elgin police probing woman's homicide | |

March 03, 2013 Authorities have launched a homicide investigation after finding a 33-year-old Elgin woman dead early Saturday. Lisa E. Koziol-Ellis was discovered dead in the townhouse where she lived on the 0-100 block of Garden Crescent Court about 2:30 a.m., according to police.
