Elgin synagogue, church host 'Fargo' crew as fans sneak a peek at the filming | |

December 03, 2019 The FX series "Fargo" filmed in Elgin on Monday, drawing some fans and curious onlookers to the city. Congregation Kneseth Israel was opened as a warming station for the crew and extras and for costumes and hair and makeup, and lunch was at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
