Fashion Outlets Chicago officially open in Rosemont | |

August 01, 2013 Fashion Outlets of Chicago is officially open following a brief ceremony this morning with dignitaries including Gov. Pat Quinn. Shoppers, including Brian Perille, 17, and friend Quique Ballado, 16, both from Barrington, began lining up about 5 a.m. outside the Rosemont mall.
