FBI: Robber told Waukegan teller, 'I will pop you' | |

July 24, 2012 A Zion man has been charged in the robbery of a bank branch inside a Waukegan grocery story. Authorities say he told a teller, "I will pop you," while holding what appeared to be a gun in a plastic bag before fleeing with more than $4,500.
