Fewer students taking, passing new GED test | |

August 04, 2014 Suburban counties have seen steep drops in the number of people taking GED exams in 2014. The test changed to an electronic version that is both more difficult and more expensive, experts say. Fewer people taking the exam may mean a larger pool of local residents with poor long-term job prospects.
