Former Bear, sheriff's deputy charged with tax evasion | |

March 08, 2013 Former Chicago Bear Chris Zorich and a Cook County sheriff's deputy from Elk Grove Village have been charged with failing to file federal income tax returns. The misdemeanor charges carry maximum prison sentences of a year in prison and $100,000 fines. Prosecutors said Zorich's attorney has informed them that Zorich intends to plead guilty.
