Fremd educator named Illinois Teacher of the Year | |

October 26, 2014 Steven Elza, an automotive technology teacher at William Fremd High School, has been named the 2015 Illinois Teacher of the Year. One of 12 finalists, Elza was announced as this year's top educator during a banquet Saturday in Normal. "I love what I do, and I think that shows through," Elza said of the honor.
