Gigi's Playhouse expands services to people with Down syndrome on 10th anniversary | |

August 25, 2013 Nancy Gianni took a chance 10 years ago to open a Down syndrome awareness center in Hoffman Estates. Since then GiGi's Playhouse has expanded to more than a dozen locations. Now, the organization is moving to a new location that will have a bigger play area, more learning labs, a comprehensive learning program for adults called GiGi University and a retail store called Hugs & Mugs run by adults...
