June 01, 2011

The Unity Bridge Fund recently held their first Entrepreneur Boot Camp targeted at a select group of Accountants for a CPA Firm so they can better understand financial opportunities for their clients who are entrepreneurs, business owners, real estate investors, or potential franchise owners.

The Unity Bridge Fund Entrepreneur Boot Camp was an intense Boot Camp Event held in Cincinnati, Ohio designed to help entrepreneurs with the strategic development necessary for their future success. The Unity Bridge Fund Boot Camp focused on providing selected accountants recently hired by a CPA firm in Cincinnati, Ohio with valuable information to apply to their clients who are entrepreneurs, real estate investors or early stage companies. The information included: How to develop an Executive Summary, Evaluate the Business Idea or Potential, Underwriting Criteria, Marketing and Finance.

Not only did the Boot Camp graduates receive business education and financial mentoring information but they were also introduced to specific business prospects that The Unity Bridge Fund has available as a result of various business, government and community relationships. In addition, the participants also learned about funding that can be provided to those who meet the funding qualifications and can take advantage of available opportunities: opportunities that can range from Home Based Loan Brokering Businesses to the acquisition of Real Estate at Deep Discounts from participating lenders as part of a Reinvest Ohio Job Creation Program to existing businesses and franchise opportunities.

The Unity Bridge Fund Entrepreneur Boot Camp is available to individuals and groups from various market segments as well as those from churches, non-profit organizations, colleges and other educational and professional marketplaces. The Unity Bridge Fund provides bridge funding to real estate investors and small to mid-size companies that have sufficient marketable collateral (assets) which are often worth near or more than the loan amount.
