Grayslake man's quick strike nets $1 million | |

March 09, 2012 A decision to try a new lottery game led to a $1 million win for DeCount Bell Sr., of Grayslake. Bell's winner purchased at the Car Spa Shell in Libertyville was the first million dollar prize claimed from the Gold Bullion instant game.
