Hanover Park teen indicted in the killing of her newborn | |

December 02, 2011 Cook County prosecutors announced an indictment Friday against Jessica Cruz, 19, on charges of first-degree murder. Authorities say Cruz, of Hanover Park, strangled her newborn son last month in the restroom of a Streamwood Salvation Army store. If convicted Cruz could face up to life in prison.
