Heat wave blankets a sweltering Illinois | |

July 18, 2013 The heat is on across Illinois. The National Weather Service says it will feel like 105 degrees across parts of the state on Thursday as a heat wave continues to bake Illinois. The forecast calls for highs in the low-to-mid 90s with high humidity and sunshine, which will make it feel like it's between 100 and 105 degrees. Friday should be even worse.
