Heavy rain expected overnight, then for morning rush | |

September 10, 2014 The suburbs are expected to get what the National Weather Service is calling torrential rainfall tonight and overnight, followed by more Wednesday morning, officials said. "We've got a warm front that's lifting across the area tonight, and that's going to bring some thunderstorms that are going to be accompanied by heavy rain and some pretty strong winds possibly," National Weather Service meteorologist Ben Deubelbeiss said.
