Homeless Arlington Hts. woman given new bike, other help | |

July 19, 2013 Rosan Acosta is back on wheels, after a Hoffman Estates woman donated a virtually new bike she wasn't using, to the homeless Arlington Hts. woman who lost all her belongings in an arson fire this week. What's more, offers of help have been pouring in. "I'm a single mom and a lot of people have helped me over the years, so I wanted to do something," Kathy Kelly said.
