House vote on concealed carry primed | |

May 23, 2013 A new proposal to allow Illinoisans to carry concealed firearms was set up for a full House vote this morning and would restrict loaded weapons on suburban buses, trains and in parks and playgrounds. The proposal would allow a trained, licensed gun owner who has passed a background check to legally carry a concealed weapon or keep one in his or her car, in most places.
