Husband mourns Busse Woods bicyclist killed crossing Higgins Road | |

May 17, 2013 An Elk Grove Village woman struck and killed by a car Tuesday while riding her bicycle on the Busse Woods trail was "the most experienced, careful rider out there," her husband said. Rosaleen Waters' death has her husband, Tony, calling for a renewed effort to build a pedestrian bridge over Higgins Road near the intersection where she was killed.
