Husband says wife, killed while bicycling near Busse Woods, was "careful rider" | |

May 16, 2013 An Elk Grove Village woman struck and killed by a car Tuesday while riding her bicycle near Busse Woods was "the most experienced, careful rider out there," her husband said. Rosaleen Waters' death has her husband, Tony, calling for a renwed effort to build a pedestrian bridge over Higgins Road near the intersection where she was killed.
