August 17, 2013 All lanes of the Tri-State Tollway have reopened near the Wisconsin state line following a crash involving two semi-trucks and three cars, authorities said. The crash occurred about 1:15 p.m. Friday when a northbound box truck blew a tire and sideswiped a 5-axle semitrailer truck.
