IMAC acquires niche insurance brokerage firm Specialty Service Solutions, LLC

Randolph, Massachusetts-based International Marketing and Administration Company (IMAC) recently purchased Specialty Service Solutions, LLC, a Chicago-based insurance brokerage firm.

"This acquisition increases the scale of our brokerage business and provides us a proven distribution track for newly written P&C business for our clients," said Edward Klayman, president of IMAC.

Specialty Service Solutions provides its brokers and producers access to hard-to-find insurance products. Schools, Camps, Pro Sports, Amateur Sports, Travel Medical coverage in-bound and out-bound, as well as assorted P&C programs such as E&O and Roadside Assist Packages are just some the of standard products Specialty Service Solutions has developed and distributed through its agent base.

Under the new arrangement, current staff and management for Specialty Service Solutions will continue to work out of the Chicago, Illinois office as an official subsidy of IMAC.
