October 28, 2011 Wheeling police are renewing their call for help in solving the mysterious murder of a 27-year-old woman found dead in her home 20 years ago. Paramedics responding to an anonymous 911 call discovered the body of Jamie Santos the morning of Oct. 28, 1991, at her apartment on Stonehedge Court.
